Prime Lending offers a wide variety of Construction and Renovation loans for Homeowners and Buyers wanting to go Green. Included in this is a One and Two Time Close Construction Loan, FHA 203K/Rehab loan, Conventional Renovation (Purschase Plus) loan and Jumbo Renovation (One time Construction Loans) for Major Remodels.

Green Bank
Green Bank specializes in construction financing for GREEN Projects. They are familiar with financing LEED, ICF and other Green Techniques. UPDATE: Green Bank has also begun to offer more options such as Home Equity Loans for Refinancing and are considering Contruction 2 Perm Loans.

Hello:
I am a new green builder here in Houston,Tx.
I have a project in the Benders landing in Spring,Tx.
I had ALL-IN-ONE Construction loan with a major Bank in Houstion,Tx.
The Bank is getting out of these types of loans.Which mean they
have stopped My funding to complete the project.
I am seeking new fundd to complete the Green Home.
The project is 6895 Sq ft with a total electrical Guarantee bill of $ 191.00.
