They are Prime Lending and it took me over 2 months to find a Mortgage Company that offers what they have. It will knock your socks off!

Here is a short list of what they have to offer:

• FHA 203K Renovation Loans- If a home and the remodel will be within the FHA Price Range, you can roll in energy and other remodels in to your mortgage
• Conventional Purchase Plus Program- This is a similar loan that offers as little as 5% down and After Remodel sales price of below $417,000
• One and Two time Construction Loans- If you are building new or or have a home over $417,000 that you would like to do an Extensive Remodel on, this is likely the loan for you.
• Refinance- Up to 95% of after Remodel home value refinance. This includes if you would like to add Renewable Energy to your existing home, Extensive Remodel or room addition and the options are wider if you Go Green!
