Although I have not been updating the site as often with information, rest assured that the site is being updated in other ways!  For the past few weeks and atleast through the end of January be sure to stay tuned on what is happening on TurningHoustonGreen.  There is some pretty neat stuff coming up including redesigning some pages and offering some great tools to help you get a little Greener in 2009!

Just a few notes of what has changed a little bit:

The Page at the top that was once noted as ‘Green Homes’ has changed.  It is now ‘Search Homes’.  If you go to this page you will be able to search the Updated Houston MLS and find homes that are actively on the market whether they are green or not.   Due to the request of people wanting to buy an existing home to ‘Green’ up to their needs, I thought this would be a good idea.  If you don’t want to go to the page to do this, just click the ‘Search For Homes’ button under my profile in the Sidebar.

The other visible change right now is the ‘From Around The Globe’ section a little further down in the sidebar.  This is a live feed of Green Blogs that I like to read regularly from folks around the World.  There is an incredible amount of information that I thought would be helpful to my readers and thought I would share.  I will add more feeds to it off and on when I find new ones.

Be sure to check out the Earth911.com feed.  Anything and Everything Recycled and where you can do it.
