Hi Boyce, it depends on where you blog is hosted. Mine is self hosted through wordpress and it is just a matter of finding a different theme. Changing the theme in wp should not effect and seo that you have in place already.

Hello. This is kind of an "unconventional" question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you've got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this ...so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I'll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here

Greetings!

Lance - than kyou for the mention and question regarding the Environments For Living(R) program. It's great to hear that folks out there know of us and are asking the right questions!

Steph - thanks to you as well for your favorable mention of our program. You are correct - we do offer flexibility to the builder and buyer both. Since its inception, the EFL program strives to be 'user friendly', verifiable and not cumbersome on the build side.

We too are interested in how ENERGY STAR(R) will look in the coming year. Rest assured that the EFL program will remain cutting edge and delivering value to the builder/consumer regardless of the final look of ENERGY STAR.

Thank you again for the favorable mentions!

Hi Lance, I'm a big fan of EFL right now. I think it has a lot of flexibility for the builder, goes through some good testing and can still keep the home affordable for those that need it. Once Energy Star announces their changes it will be interesting to see how to two compete head to head.

Thanks Mona, Just send me over those events and I will be happy to get them up for you.

Another great post. I was pleasantly surprised to read that "Houston has the most Energy Star homes in the Nation."

Thanks for keeping us informed Steph.

Hi Steph,

You mention LEED several times in your post(s)... It is a great standard for the building industry to follow.

How do you feel about the Environments for Living programs?
