Because of the interest in that on a much lower price range I have decided to do an event regarding the how this Mortgage Product works.

On Saturday, February 7th-  Christine Wilson and I will be hosting a seminar on ‘Financing that Fixer Upper’ ~ This event will not be going over Greening up the Home but just on how to finance a home that needs work of any kind.  If you are just looking to learn more about ‘Greening up the Existing Home’ then I recommend signing up for our Web Seminars.

• Down Payment as low as 3.25%
• Credit Score as low as 620
• Just about any kind of Repair or Upgrade imaginable

They are Prime Lending and it took me over 2 months to find a Mortgage Company that offers what they have. It will knock your socks off!

• Conventional Purchase Plus Program- This is a similar loan that offers as little as 5% down and After Remodel sales price of below $417,000
• One and Two time Construction Loans- If you are building new or or have a home over $417,000 that you would like to do an Extensive Remodel on, this is likely the loan for you.
• Refinance- Up to 95% of after Remodel home value refinance. This includes if you would like to add Renewable Energy to your existing home, Extensive Remodel or room addition and the options are wider if you Go Green!
