			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Not so long ago I went over the Hypothetical Remodel where we took an existing home and through a <strong>Renovation Loan</strong> we &#8216;greened&#8217; it up quite a bit.</p>
<p>Because of the interest in that on a much lower price range I have decided to do an event regarding the how this Mortgage Product works.</p>
<p>On <strong>Saturday, February 7th</strong>-  Christine Wilson and I will be hosting a seminar on <strong>&#8216;Financing that Fixer Upper&#8217;</strong> ~ This event will not be going over Greening up the Home but just on how to finance a home that needs work of any kind.  If you are just looking to learn more about &#8216;Greening up the Existing Home&#8217; then I recommend <a title="Greening Up The Existing Home Webinar" href="http://www.eventbrite.com/org/125557795?s=1054579" target="_blank">signing up for our Web Seminars</a>.</p>
<p>It will be a Fun and Casual Event.  &#8216;Not Sales Like&#8217; and not &#8216;Get Rich Quick Like&#8217;  -  Just Fun and Educational.  Throughout the Hour and a Half you can come and go as you please.</p>
<p>We are tying down a Home that will be <strong>Under $150,000</strong> to host the event at that is a great example in Real Life to use this kind of Mortgage Product.   With a home in this price range the Mortgage Requirements would be:</p>
<ul>
<li>Down Payment as low as 3.25%</li>
<li>Credit Score as low as 620</li>
<li>Just about any kind of Repair or Upgrade imaginable</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am so pleased to let you know that I have added a new Company to the Green Service Providers list.  You can find it under <a title="Green Financing Options-Green Service Providers" href="http://www.turninghoustongreen.com/2008/06/30/green-financing-options/" target="_blank">Green Financing Options</a>.</p>
<p>They are <strong><a title="Prime Lending- A Plains Capital Company" href="http://mysite.verizon.net/res1h238/vipmortgageconsulting/" target="_blank">Prime Lending</a></strong> and it took me over 2 months to find a Mortgage Company that offers what they have.  It will knock your socks off!</p>
<p>Here is a short list of what they have to offer:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>FHA 203K Renovation Loans</strong>- If a home and the remodel will be within the FHA Price Range, you can roll in energy and other remodels in to your mortgage</li>
<li><strong>Conventional Purchase Plus Program</strong>- This is a similar loan that offers as little as 5% down and After Remodel sales price of below $417,000</li>
<li><strong>One and Two time Construction Loans</strong>- If you are building new or or have a home over $417,000 that you would like to do an Extensive Remodel on, this is likely the loan for you.</li>
<li><strong>Refinance</strong>- Up to 95% of after Remodel home value refinance.  This includes if you would like to add Renewable Energy to your existing home, Extensive Remodel or room addition and the options are wider if you Go Green!</li>
</ul>
